I wanted to see a smile on her beautiful face

I recently lost a blessing from God to a drunk driver her name Alexis means defender. She was an amazing, caring young woman that I had the honor to know and love for 15 years as she was my daughters friend and like another daughter to me. Her family has been so strong and has been giving back and it helps all of us who miss her see that strength. I want to say thank you for turning the anger into the Cameron Affect as I have seen first hand how lives heal based on the parents reactions to such a loss of a life so young. I have a very special young woman in my life who has been struggling for the past year. She traveled down the wrong road and found herself lost for awhile. I’m proud to say that she is on the path to the road that will lead her in a positive direction and in your son’s honor I treated her to a much needed new pair of shoes to show her that I’m proud of her and kind things happen to you when you are loved. I wanted to see a smile on her beautiful face and I received just that. -Cheryl
