My Cameron Effect story goes like this: I was given the opportunity from my employer to give $100.00 to an individual or family today. I went to Walmart looking for someone I thought needed some help for the holiday season. I found a pregnant woman with three young girls in the shoe aisle, trying on snow boots. I walked up to her, and introduced myself, shaking her hand. I explained what the Cameron Effect was and why I approached her. I then handed her a $100 bill. She immediately broke into tears, hugged me and thanked me because she didn’t know how she was going to afford the boots for her girls. Her family’s life was impacted today because of the Cameron Effect, and I am sure it was something they will never forget. –Steph
