A patient I worked with today is very sweet, loving, and I think of her as my family. The sad thing is she doesn’t have any family and she was confiding in me. I told her she has me and that I would always be there for her. –Johnna
I helped someone get dressed this morning, did her hair and helped her get ready this morning because she can’t do it herself. –Johnna
This mornings traffic was horrible, but even though I was in a hurry this morning, I let people go in front of me. I was very patient this morning. –Johnna
I did my 7+ acts of kindness today, and the whole time I had this program in my mind. And the best one i have done so far is this morning I helped a friend find out what is wrong with her car, then I held the door open for her. –Mark

Today at the college I go to I have a blind girl in my stats class, and while I was about to go into my classroom I noticed she was having a hard time finding the right room. So, I went on to help her into the right classroom. –Sydney
This morning walking to my car after class I had a nice conversation with an older guy. He must have been working on something in the school. I realized how nice it is to have a random conversation with someone you don’t know. Kinda made my day… –Sydney
